Amy Joyner

Associate Pastor

Amy Joyner has been an associate pastor at Northminster since August 1, 2002. Amy came to Northminster directly from the Divinity School at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC.

Before pursuing her Master of Divinity degree, Amy taught high school English in the North Carolina public school system for six years. She received her B.A. from the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA.

Amy’s immediate family lives in North Carolina, but she does have a faithful Maltese named Casper to keep her company here in Jackson.

In addition to being a dog-lover, Amy enjoys old movies, anything Jane Austen, walking, running, and ballroom dancing.
