Lesley Ratcliff

Associate Pastor for Children

Lesley Ratcliff joined the Northminster staff as the Associate Pastor for Children in June of 2011. Before coming to Northminster Lesley spent several years as a Children's Minister in Texas while completing her Masters of Divinity at George W. Truett Theological Seminary. She completed her degree with a concentration in Christian Education in 2008.

Before attending Truett Seminary, Lesley graduated from Mississippi College with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a minor in Secondary Education in 2004. While in Texas, Lesley used her mathematics skills to teach developmental mathematics at Mclennan Community College in Waco.

When not at Northminster, Lesley can be found spending time with her husband, Brock, and their four-legged children, Sophie and Duke, working algebra problems for fun, reading children's literature and brainless fiction, or doing Zumba, the dance-exercise craze.
