Associate Pastor for Youth

He worked as the Director of Christian education at Clemmons Moravian Church in Clemmons, NC before coming to Northminster. He grew up the son of a Baptist preacher and a public school teacher in Raleigh, NC.

While earning his Master of Divinity degree from Wake Forest University School of Divinity in Winston Salem, NC, he married the wonderful and beautiful Chase Carpenter whom he met while playing ultimate frisbee.

He graduated in May of 2009 and was ordained at his home church of New Community Church in Raleigh, NC that August.
