Since 2019, Masyn has served at The Church at Highland Park in Austin, transitioning into the role of Associate Pastor following her ordination in 2021. In her ministry, she has overseen outreach, communications, missions, and Christian education for all age groups; supervised ministry staff; and regularly participated in worship-planning and preaching. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for Jesse C. Fletcher Seminary and co-founded a non-profit that facilitates youth camps, retreats, and ministry resources.

Masyn and her husband, Brandon, have two children, Millie and Fletcher.
